Prime London Property Management

Motcomb London provides personalised property management for a small number of private clients, primarily across central London. We manage the ongoing care of high-value homes, often for those who are overseas and require complete peace of mind whilst not in residence.

We act as the client’s representative, overseeing every aspect of the property’s maintenance and administration. Whether coordinating routine servicing, managing our trusted suppliers, or reacting to unexpected issues, we approach each task as if the property were our own.

Our property management service is tailored to each client and home. We don't do fixed packages - some of our clients require frequent site visits and close contact whereas others need a lighter touch.
